I’m pumped on a photo in the newest issue of RideBMX riding the now extinct Wagon Wheel Ditch. This ditch is about 5 miles from my house and we used to ride it all the time. Over the years the ditch slowly got some quickcrete work and a couple things were added here and there. About 2 weeks after this photo was shot we went back to film and all the quickcrete work was gone and they splattered grated concrete all over the bottom making it pretty hard to ride. A lot of serious stuff has gone down at this ditch, it’s a bummer that it’s gone.
Tony Cherry is one of our newest members to the Giant family. He put this edit together from a roadtrip he took a few weeks ago. He’ll be out in California next week to ride, film, shoot photos, and just kick it with us for the first time. Keep an eye out over the next week for more from Tony’s California adventure.
